Operation method

1. Preheating of PVC plastic sheet production line: This is the process of heating the mold before starting up, and preheating is required to heat the mold.

3. Preheating of PVC plastic sheet production line: Steam enters the solid moving mold to preheat the mold, and at the same time, the condensed water and cold air during the retention period are discharged. Function: Raise the mold temperature and enhance the apparent fusion degree of the product.

4. Penetrating heating: improves the core and internal fusion properties of the product. Penetrating heating consumes and wastes steam significantly.

5. Heating by both parties: further enhance the heating effect and improve the surface quality of the product.

6. Temperature recovery (insulation): All valves are closed to fully utilize the residual heat of the mold, allowing the product to be insulated and heated. Beneficial for the surface fusion of the product and can effectively save energy (steam).

7. Vacuum cooling: Open the vacuum valve and use the vacuum pump to evacuate. Drain all residual heat and moisture from the mold and product, remove some foaming agent, and avoid product swelling. Creating negative pressure inside the mold is beneficial for demolding the product.
