The production process of synthetic resin tiles

Introduction to the production process of synthetic resin tiles

Step one, mixing: Pour the raw materials (PVC resin, lightweight calcium carbonate, PE wax, etc.) into the conical hopper of the mixer in a certain proportion. The raw materials are extracted by a fan and transported to the closed material bucket of the mixer through a spiral rod. After mixing, they are discharged into the stainless steel material box through the discharge port of the mixer. The material box is covered with a regular circular hole dug in the middle of the cover. The discharge port is connected to the circular hole on the material box cover by a pipeline, forming a closed discharge space.

Step 2, Loading: The material box is transported to the feeding machine of the extruder, and the mixed raw materials are manually shoveled to the conical hopper of the feeding machine. The raw materials are transported to the conical hopper of the extruder through a spiral rod. The discharge port of the spiral rod is connected to the feed port of the extruder with a plastic bag, forming a closed discharge space.

Step 3, Extrusion: The raw materials enter the extruder chamber and are electrically heated to around 200 ℃, resulting in the raw materials being in a molten state. The molten resin inside the equipment enters the closed cavity of the mold, and after filling the cavity, the plastic is extruded to form a sheet-like resin (i.e. the bottom layer of the synthetic resin tile). In order to make the finished product have the functions of fire prevention and anti-aging, the surface of the sheet resin is covered with a layer of ASA coating. Pour ASA material into the conical hopper of the extruder supporting equipment, and directly cover the entire feeding port with a plastic bag during feeding. The equipment is heated to 175 ℃, and ASA melts and directly covers the surface of the sheet-like resin, forming a uniform coating.

Step four, molding: The sheet-like resin is embossed by double rollers and enters the molding machine to form a specification tile shape. The molding machine adopts indirect cooling by a fan.

Step 5, Cutting: Under the transmission of the molding machine, the semi-finished tiles are cut into tiles of the predetermined length.

Step 6, Inspection: The cut products enter the inspection process, non-conforming products are recycled, and qualified products enter the finished product for sale area.
