How to do waterproofing for Chengdu resin tile roofAs we all know, resin tiles themselves are also moisture-proof decorative materials. Their surface is high-density and leak proof, making it difficult for nanofibers to penetrate. Moreover, they occupy a large area of the ground and have good moisture-proof properties. Therefore, without adding waterproofing to the ground, the waterproof level of resin tile flat roofs can exceed the external wall waterproof regulations of level 3.
But for buildings with higher waterproof requirements, how to do moisture-proof for resin tile flat roofs? The usual method for Class II moisture-proof of resin tile flat roof is to construct a flat roof+mixed mortar plastering layer+ground waterproofing+insulation layer+plastering layer or cushion layer+resin tile.
If the regulations are higher, waterproof coating can be applied on top of the mixed mortar plastering layer, and a ground waterproof layer can be added between the insulation layer and the plastering layer or between the plastering layer and the resin tile. The plastering layer should be made of 35mm thick fine aggregate concrete with two-way steel bars, and the size would be very high.
If wooden boards are chosen as a common choice for the public, a layer of SBS waterproofing should be laid on top of the wooden boards, with a total anchoring width of 10cm. SBS waterproofing should be nailed to the wooden boards with a water strip, and the spacing between the water strips should be 500mm. The ground waterproofing of eaves gutters and eaves gutters should use 1.2mm thick nano material waterproofing materials or 3mm thick polymer asphalt concrete waterproofing materials. After the waterproof pavement on the ground is completed, cover the insulation layer and its resin tiles, so that the moisture-proof, insulation, and tile covering of the entire flat roof can be considered as real. |
